Lifting kit for motor support CESM-TR
The lifting kit for motor support CESM-TR has been developed for TR ground support towers. It is a portable system that can be raise up fast and safe.
The CESM-TR is using a main structure and some arms connected as a triangular shaped construction. It is placed on the sleeveblock and on the truss which is fixed with the help of clamps. The main truss has a pulley at the top, through which the chain of the hoist is guided. By attaching the hoist to the base section and the hook of the chain to the mast the tower can be erected easily. The CESM-TR is very easy to mount and demount. Including erecting the tower it takes only 20 minutes. To properly use CESM-TR is necessary a 1tn electrical chain hoist and two AC-636R ratchet straps.This kit is composed of:
- 1 SM-TR motor support
- 1 Iron top
- 2 Reinforced arms with clamps that provide great resistance
- 1 SQ-29200 truss
- 1 Support sleeveblock-truss to avoid twisting the truss during the lifting of the tower

Base Trigger: The base trigger allows you to anchor it to the base more agilely, using a push system that replaces the old and uncomfortable ring triggers.
Polyamide Plates: The plates are made of polyamide. This material offers greater resistance than metal and does not wear out. They rest on surfaces without damaging floors, carpets, etc.
Safety Triggers: The triggers prevent the load from collapsing. Additionally, they allow for selecting different heights and lifting all bars equally, distributing the load from the main bar to the last bar, which extends the tower’s lifespan.
Bubble Level: The location of the level at the base allows for stabilizing the tower more comfortably and accurately.
Reinforced Base: All our towers have a reinforced base capable of supporting heavy weights and high elevations.
Ring: Included in the AT and HERCULES series. It allows you to secure cables to any fixed surface or object to provide greater safety for the tower.
Transport Handle: Included in the AT and HERCULES series. It allows you to transport the tower both vertically and horizontally. Additionally, it serves as protection for the cable and the winch.
Roller: Included in the AT and HERCULES series. It allows you to transport the tower horizontally.
Winch: Our winches are manufactured by high-quality and reputable companies. They are durable and long-lasting. Additionally, they are oversized for greater safety and better cable pulling.
Fixation: Prevents the cart from moving during transport.
Safety Pendulum: Front-loading models include this internal safety system that automatically locks the tower when it detects a sudden drop in the profiles, in case of cable breakage or cut.
Trigger: Allows you to select different heights and distribute the load equally among all bars.
