Select suppliers according to the quality requirements necessary for the manufacture of quality products. Establish strategic alliances with key suppliers to ensure compliance with our purchasing requirements.

Consider management aspects as an integral part of planning processes, periodically establishing programs, objectives, and targets that guarantee compliance with the policy requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system.
Verify compliance with requirements periodically, based on clear indicators known to the organization’s employees, providing the reference framework to establish and review management objectives annually.
Ensure continuous improvement is present in all processes by developing the corrective and preventive actions necessary to prevent the recurrence of internal and external problems.
