Assemble a TRC-700 truss tower is very easy! 

Ground support towers, also known as truss towers or structural towers, are towers designed to assemble medium and big stages.

For this kind of events, FENIX Stage has two different series, TR Series and TRC Series. On the one hand, TR Serie consists of five ground support towers with motor or chain hoist, and they are used for the bigger stages. On the other hand, TRC Serie, consists of an only tower, the TRC-700, an easy use and set-up tower even by a single person thanks to its double handle winch.

In addition to standing out for its easy assembly, TRC-700 ground support tower also stands out for the incorporation of its new safety system pioneer in the industry, the FSH System hook.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE STEP BY STEP A TOWER FOR STAGES 
 

• Step 1: Assemble the legs and stabilise the tower. Remove the legs from their transport support and insert all the way into its housing. Ensure that the internal safety pin is properly engaged. Stabilise the tower with its outriggers paying attention to the bubble level.
   
• Step 2: Release the cable. Release it by turning the handle anticlockwise, until there is enough cable released to pass it by the top and attach it to the sleeveblock.
   
• Step 3: Attach the truss and the top. Attach the ladder truss sections horizontally, connecting the first section with the hinges of the already installed part of the truss and go on until we complete the 6,5-meter truss. Install the head at the end of the truss linear.
   
• Step 4: Pass the cable and hook plate. Pass the cable through the pulleys from the top, downwards and attach the hook to the plate that lies between the hinges and the half meter truss.
   
• Step 5: Install the hinges. Loosen the remaining two hinges from the half-meter section and install in the horizontal truss.
   
• Step 6: Install support. Pull out the support of its position and insert in its housing. Secure using its pin.
   
• Step 7: Raise the tower and pin hinges. Place in the support no less weight than indicated and operate the winch. Raise the tower until it is vertical. Place the pin on the hinges that have just joined by raising the tower.
   
• Step 8: Hook the sleeveblock and raise it. Release the hook from the plate and hook it in the shackle of the sleeveblock. Raise the sleeveblock with the winch handle.
   
• Step 9: Install frontal braces. With the sleeveblock raised halfway up, install the frontal braces.

The tower is ready to go!
